KSV Advisory Inc. has been acquired by AlixPartners, LLP and will be operating under the name AlixPartners Advisory, Inc. effective as of June 1, 2026. In connection with the acquisition transaction, KSV Restructuring Inc. has changed its name to AlixPartners Restructuring, Inc. effective as of June 1, 2026.
Court orders are presently being sought in the relevant Provinces to change the name of the firm performing KSV Restructuring Inc. and KSV Advisory Inc. court appointments to AlixPartners Restructuring Inc. and AlixPartners Advisory, Inc., as applicable.
