With strong analytic and creative problem-solving abilities, Maha applies attention to detail and experience when working with clients. As a Manager in KSV’s Calgary office, Maha supports clients in restructuring mandates, including in receiverships, CCAAs and other proceedings.
Maha has several years of corporate restructuring and recovery experience, including financial analysis, modelling and advisory work. Maha has demonstrated strong project and stakeholder management skills and excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities; she applies these skills to each case, navigating clients through complex restructuring mandates.
Passionate about working with people, Maha values her role as an advisor. She applies a collaborative approach with her strong financial modelling and analytical skills, to assist various stakeholders and businesses. Maha takes the time to understand her client’s business – ensuring she identifies the core issues and attempts to find the best solution in the circumstances.
A self-described “foodie,” Maha enjoys dining out and trying new restaurants; she even keeps an Excel spreadsheet to track restaurants she wishes to try. Maha is also an avid traveler – she is always looking for her next destination to explore!
