Martin Kosic

Manager

Bio

Martin is a manager in KSV’s restructuring and insolvency practice.

With a background as a senior investment analyst in private equity, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, and a CPA designation, Martin applies his academics with his experience in the industry to provide restructuring advice to stakeholders in distressed situations. Martin’s prior experience in the industry assists him to evaluate the challenges facing distressed businesses and assists the KSV team to identify and implement solutions on a timely basis.

Martin prioritizes clear and responsive communication, and he prides himself on his responsiveness. His straightforward and genuine approach, combined with his ability to connect on a personal level, keeps clients well-informed, while building trust in challenging circumstances.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys fishing, beach volleyball, and scuba diving, as a certified Divemaster. Martin played varsity volleyball at U of T. He also loves cooking and spending time reading about health-related topics, blending his diverse interests into a fulfilling lifestyle.
