The allegation in this matter involved negligent investment advice that led to the client’s investment losses. We were retained to construct a hypothetical portfolio (to remove the effects of the alleged negligent advice) and then project the financial performance of the model portfolio over the loss period. We prepared an expert report and testified in the arbitration.
