A small Canadian firm claimed the rights to a tradename used by the multinational and sought disgorgement of the Multinational’s profits in Canada which were hundreds of millions of dollars. We were retained by the multinational to determine its profits from products that used the subject trademark. We prepared an expert report which was delivered to the plaintiff. The case was resolved.
