Destinator Technologies Inc. developed, marketed and sold software that enabled global positioning system (GPS) navigation functionality in mobile devices. DTI had operations in the US, Canada, Germany, China and Israel.
We were appointed Monitor by the Canadian court in DTI’s CCAA proceedings, which were recognized under Chapter 15 of the US Code. We carried out a “stalking horse” sale process that resulted in a going-concern transaction approved by both the Canadian and US courts.
