Graceway Pharmaceuticals, LLC, and its various related companies were specialty pharmaceutical companies focused on developing, licensing and acquiring branded prescription products in the areas of dermatology, respirology and women’s health.
We were appointed as Receiver by the Canadian court in Graceway’s restructuring proceedings, with the companion proceeding being filed under Chapter 11 in the US. The outcome was a going-concern transaction for substantially all of the assets of the businesses in Canada and the US, which resulted in the repayment of all of the Canadian creditors and distribution to the US parent.
