KSV was appointed Licensed Insolvency Trustee of Lucky Brand. Several options were considered to realize on the company’s business and assets. The options included a potential going-concern sale of the business, a liquidation of the inventory through the company’s stores and an en bloc sale. We ultimately entered into an agreement with a party to sell the assets of the company to a going concern purchaser.
