Milacron Plastics Technologies designed and built machines that produce dashboards for automobiles, composite decking for homes, sterile supplies for the medical industry as well as other products.
We were appointed Information Officer by the Canadian Court in Milacron’s restructuring proceedings, with the main proceeding being filed under Chapter 11 in the US. The outcome of the cross-border proceedings was a sale of Milacron’s assets approved by both the US and Canadian courts.
