Sino Forest was a publicly-traded forestry company that was a sham. Sino is bankrupt and the trustee sought damages from its advisors, including the defendant. We were retained to assess damages in the event the court found liability. We prepared an expert report and testified in the Supreme Court of Singapore. The matter settled.
