SkyLink Aviation provided project management, air charter, aviation support and related services. SkyLink was contracted to perform deployment of peacekeepers and international humanitarian aid during the war and major disasters for clients including the United Nations and the Canadian government.
As CCAA Monitor, we administered a Court-approved claims process and assisted SkyLink to resolve complex claims, including several litigation claims. We worked with SkyLink to formulate and implement a plan of compromise and arrangement, which was accepted by the creditors and approved by the Court.
