Manufacturing and Distribution

Supply chains have transformed dramatically in recent years, with many industries transitioning from domestic to international models, and then re-establishing local arrangements. Manufacturing continues to become more automated and increasingly reliant on complex processes and technical knowledge. Distribution models have faced the same changes, forcing companies to invest in order to remain competitive.

Our group has been involved in mandates for manufacturers and distributors of a wide range of products, including electrical components, automotive parts, steel tubing, mattresses, jewellery and consumer packaged goods. We apply our knowledge from each of these sectors to develop a plan for each situation, which we then customize to fit the unique attributes of the process and stakeholder objectives. We also use that expertise to consider and develop strategies relevant to valuation and tax planning mandates.
