Bio

Noah Goldstein is one of Canada’s leading restructuring professionals, with over 15 years of experience advising on some of the country’s most complex and high-profile insolvency and financial advisory mandates.

Noah has led several of the largest files in recent Canadian restructuring history, including LoyaltyOne, BioSteel, Sandvine and Endo Pharmaceuticals. Noah has also developed one of the country’s foremost real estate restructuring practices, acting as court-appointed receiver or financial advisor in matters involving StateView Homes, Vandyke, Thind, Coromandel, and many others.

Over the course of his career, Noah has acted for debtors, secured lenders, bondholders, and boards of directors, bringing a balanced, pragmatic perspective to every mandate. He is known for his sharp strategic instincts, deep technical expertise, and ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder situations with clarity and confidence.

Noah holds a Master’s degree from the Rotman School of Management and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Licensed Insolvency Trustee, and Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP).
